RULES:
1. Do not make the game unfair.
1.1. Do not cheat/hack.
1.2. Do not use commands to help yourself.
1.3. Do not use bugs/glitches.
1.4. Do not help terrorists.
1.5. Do not camp.

2. Do not abuse commands (EG 1.2).

3. Do not spam.
3.1. Do not spam radio.
3.2. Do not spam teamchat.
3.3. Do not spam commands.
3.4. Do not spam buttons.

4. Do not freevote.

5. Do not kill a terrorist for no reason (Freekill).
5.1. Do not kill someone without saying "drop" if they have a weapon.
5.2. Do not kill someone without saying "halt" if they run away.
5.3. If terrorist disobeys above commands (drop/halt) you can kill them.
